I think Bill Clinton and Al Gore, they gave oil companies full rights to oil in the USA. If you found oil in your backyard wouldn’t you want to be payed for it? Well because of these 2 “hippies” you no longer will, if you find oil on your land its not yours and it belongs to the USA and they sell it to the oil barrons….who was a big time lobbyist for this bill…THE ROCKEFELLERS, who are also big lobbyist for AGW taxes+laws, see how they play both sides.
