Alternative Energy Sources. Now, I
come across a really
nice piece of content that talks over Eco Energy Sources from a different
perspective. Today’s find is titled Solar Energy – Off-Grid Solar Power/Electric/Photovoltaics Tour/Details with Backup Generator .

This is a tour with details of an off-grid solar power installation I worked on a few years ago. I go over a system diagram, show the system itself, and then talk about the safety features including breakers/fuses, lightning arresters, and bonding equipment to ground. This system includes 2100watts of solar panels, a 10kW diesel generator, two Outback FM-80 charge controllers, two Outback inverters, an Outback Mate, a Xantrex TMA-500 battery status monitor, and 6 4volt, 1104amphour Surrette/Rolls lead acid deep cycle batteries. If I didn’t exercise, how many calories should I consume to lose weight? How quickly would it go without exercise? Would it go? What could I expect? (Don’t worry, I plan to work out – but I HATE cardio!) If I limited calories and exercised, what would it take to lose the weight in four weeks?

You really shouldn’t worry about the calorie count. Bo more active and eat healthy. Also getting your matabalisim rate up will help also. To do that, eat around 5 times a day: 3 small meals and two snack between breakfast and lunch and then between lunch and dinner. Drink 64+ ounces of water. But most of all stay active.
