a. glycogen
b. triglyceride

d. phospholipid

I think the answer is A.glycogen but I’m confused why th question says “which gives a quick energy source” i thought glycogen was the storage form of carbs in animals?? then again carbs give the quickest energy used right?? Is glycogen a carb? I always thought it was like glucose…Well maybe I’m wrong and dont remember…ANY help please? Please explain if you can! Thanks.
