Why do some Razors vibrate? Does the vibration help give a closer shave? I’m not talking about electric trimmers. I’m talking about Razors such as: Gillette Fusion Powered, Schick Quattro Powered.

I just read it vibrates the blades with gentle pulsing for “Less Irritation”, but how is that so? Lol Just curious. >_ Thanks in Advance
