I am writing a paper about energy.
And i am using “energy resource” and seeing “energy source” a lot. I am quite confused, which is appropriate?

Either can be. A source is where the oil comes from initially. A resource is where oil that has been saved or stored comes from. It implies a Saving and planning strategy. Hence RE source.
