What are the most important things Generation Y wants in their own home or apartment? : Eco Answers

As you know I am constantly on the
move for informative ideas on
Alternative Energy Sources. Now, I
ran across a very
good piece of content that talks over Eco Energy Sources from a different

I am looking to build homes and or apartments for Generation Y.

Everyone tells me Generation Y wants cooler and different. Maybe the loft look? High technology built in? Home theaters? Big bedrooms or master suites with kick ass bathrooms?
Open space? Energy efficancy, “Green Building”? If the home or apartment is built “Green” is it worth it to you to pay more for that? What is most important to Generation Y, cool and different, or cheep?
